Moving (In or Out)

Moving In/Out Procedure – PLEASE READ!

1. Notify the Building Manager of your intended move of any goods 7 days prior – charlescourt@nsbm.com.au
2. Lift curtains must be erected. Failure to have lift curtains in place will have resident liable for any damage.
3. Moving hours 9am-5pm Mon-Sat only.
4. Removalist Vehicles must park in the street only.
5. Do not lean items on walls or drag on carpets.
6. All boxes and associated items to be removed from property.
7. Ensure all doors are left closed upon completion of move.
8. Should you encounter no curtains in place, please contact NSBM 1300 724 701.
9. Please report accidental damage immediately to Building Manager.
